Rolling Tray for Cigarette / Cigar / Joint / Etc

This is a simple to tray to prevent loss of product when rolling cigarettes of any material. It also conveniently holds tools and finished cigarettes for easy rolling. From left to right: Small holder for a packing tool. Holder for box of cigarette papers. The tray; at default size it is approximately 6"x6"x0.5", but can be printed in larger sizes. Small valley to assist in starting rolls. Holders for finished cigarettes. Note: The image you see above is a prototype; the packing tool/box holders have been made wider, and the cigarette holders have been made longer in the final version uploaded here. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 10% Notes: Printed with Hatchbox Black 1.75mm PLA at 190C->185C with the heated bed at 80C. Printed on glass with hairspray. PLA is highly suggested, as ABS is likely to warp with the large flat surface. Make sure the print adheres well to the bed; use of a brim is suggested. Post-Printing Allow the bed to cool before removing the print. Be careful not to bend the tray; work slowly. How I Designed This This was designed in Blender 2.76 on request.
