A medium quality model (here decimated to 1000k) of a decorated keystone, bearing the figure of Archangel Michael, within the Romanesque style choir of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of Alba Iulia. It is one of the oldest depiction of its kind for the early Middle Ages, dating most likely from the last decades of the 13th Century. During the latest restoration works (2011) the polychromy of this keystone decoration was recreated. (copyright Arhiepiscopia Romano Catolica de Alba Iulia, 2017). The model was created from a just 11 zenithal photos obtained using a 180 mm lens, as a test for documenting far away (reasonably flat) elements.
