GrabCAD
I decided to use two cola bottles and cut the top off. That way I can get a good water tight seal on them. Also the increase the area for gathering sunlight while not compromising the area underneath to disperse the light. (or the other way around).
The tubes are PVC plastic. The straight one drains rainwater from above the assembly to lower part on the roof. The curved pipe holds the diode holder and is a wiring duct. Both pipes, the diodes and the diode holder are glued together to make them water tight.
Around the single hole in the roof there should be applied a joint sealer. The whole assembly (except for lower bottle and collar) is lowered onto the roof. The lower bottle is then attached and the lower collar fastened. Then the bolts underneath the lower collar are tightened which pulls the assembly down... sealing the joint.
Similarly the cell cover is sealed with joint sealant.
Ah, forgot to mention that the lower bottle is fallið with water up to the collar before assembly.
