This is a plate used (in conjunction with the slider bracket) to secure the aluminium extrusion for a roof top tent to the crossbars. I would not recommend 3D printing this part out and using it in service (although if you do, let me know how it goes) but have made it available for plasma cutting out of aluminum or steel.
