This is a 3D model of a Roof Top Water Tank. It was modeled and prepared in Cinema 4D R17 for realistic renderings, vfx, and CG visualization. The model is presented as a single mesh and has a polycount of 52506. This model comes with a set of two textures. One clean set for that just installed brand new look. And one dirty texture set for that rusty lived in feel. 8 maps are supplied with this model. Each map being 4k size, 4096×4096. The model is fully uv unwrapped so you can add you own flair to the textures. The main file (.c4d) has a material set up and ready to go.
