The gear in my Roomba Dirt Dog stripped after the brushes caught a stick. This is a naive replacement (but seems to work.) (Print at 95% scale, increased fill) Instructions I printed in PET+ for strength/heat resistance. Had to scale to 95% to make it fit -- might be measuring issue or material expansions.
