After 48 month of every-day hard work my side brush decided not to turn anymore. After analysing the issue it turned out the middle gear of my side brush module missed the regular checkup at the dentist and hence lost some teeth... Since I do not like to cleanup myself I decided to open Blender and design new gears. Here we go! 15 Minutes later my Roomba was as good as new. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,16 Infill: 100% Notes: Strong recommendation to print in nylon for increased durability Post-Printing It required to re-drill the hole with a 2.1mm driller Minor sanding on the lower side was required in order to smoothen the edges. How I Designed This In Blender I generated two gears with 10 and 42 teeth respectively.
