The inserts in the charging pads of my iRobot Roomba melted because it has been sitting there for too long, maybe not making full contact. There is a picture of the original, the melted and the 3D printed replacement. Source is Fusion 360 and STL for convenience. I printed at 0.1mm layer height with supports.
