A replacement part for a Roomba 400 series main wheel. The plastic part of the wheel broke in two, making the robot unable to drive forward. Tried gluing the broken parts together, but broke soon again. The part here, has a bigger area, enabling the glue to bond better. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: I printed the part in PLA on a CTC printer, using my default settings for the PLA used (extruder 210ºC, bed 60ºC). Post-Printing Gluing the parts I sanded the wheel before gluing it and glued the parts with quick set epoxy and it works like a charm :-) How I Designed This Design tool I used OpenJSCAD and the source file is included.
