Plates for preventing robot vacuum cleaner from getting stuck under HM Aeron office chairs. I printed this in PETG with no support. This gives some minor deformation in the curved sections but simplifies the post processing and saves print time. The chair legs taper - this part is designed to fit just clear of the castors. If the fit is too tight try moving down the legs a bit. I have not yet tested this geometry in PLA. Some more optimisation is possible to remove excess material and potentially reduce print time.
