I remade the first gear in the gearbox of my iRobot Roomba 605. Made from scratch in Autodesk Fusion 360. The measurements are slightly adjusted for less slack and to make the print work with a 0.4 mm nozzle and PLA. No guarantees that it will work for you, but our Roomba's brush is reliably spinning around the floor again!
