Rose with Stem & Thorns & Sepals & Hip for Valentine's Day

I wanted a more complete Rose, so I took a basic rose and added stuff :) Both open and closed versions. Thorns can be a single color, 2 color glued, or dual extruder. Added vase mostly stolen from Microsoft's Rose (I like this rose better though). Fixed smallish pin holes on stem. Please support my projects! Instructions Rose with Thorns & Stem & Bits I didn't modify the rose, but everything else is brand new from scratch. Printing: I printed everything at .2mm layer height with no supports or raft, 10% infill (though not much actually uses infill, you could probably get away with less). Supports are built-in to the sepal models where needed. Print the open &/or closed roses For each rose, print a set of the sepals (leafy looking things), snap off the supports and center supports when done. The center is a bit tricky, I could probably do better, but wanted to post this for folks... There's a version of the sepals without supports which works better for some slicers There's now a version with fatter supports which might be needed for other slicers. For each rose, print a stem, here it gets tricky Easiest is just to print the 1 color stem There's also a stem with holes for the thorns so you can print them in different colors, unfortunately they don't fit well, so expect some work There's also a dual-extruder thorn version, which seems to work better, but uses a lot of filament for the effect (because of the tall walls) For each rose, print a pin (or use 3mm filament sections). The original rose was designed for 3mm filament, but you may have to either shrink the pin or file the holes a tiny bit. Alternatively, just glue them together. Assembly: If you built separate stem & thorns, glue the thorns to the stem, probably needs a little filing, good luck! Put the pin in the rose, attach the sepals, and then attach the stem. Test it first, you may need to file the holes. Please support my projects!
