Rostock Max Dual PSU panel

Replaces a Rostock max V2 side panel and allows two DPS-1200FB server power supplies to slot right in the side and latch in. They exhaust their hot air directly out of the printer this way, and provide both 12V and 24V rails. One must be modified to allow series connection for 24V. I use the lower (ground referenced) supply 12V standby output to power my DuetWiFi board through a 5v 5A pololu regulator, and a small 2 channel 5V optoisolated relay board to give the Duet control to switch main power of both units on and off. I use an IEC Y cable to power both supplies from a single outlet.
