Or, if you really want, skip the supports. 6/6/17 -- Reworked a bit, removed the thin wall. Id still like to add some material below the worm gear for the nimble, but maybe later. Ive also included the entire hotend (before the nimble stuff) as an iges, so people can make stuff with it if needed. SeeMeCNC has some of the files available (the effector and nylon ball ends), but most of the specific ones are not, ie the PEEK Hotend. For this, youll need to remove the PTC fitting on the top, pull the hotend apart, and replace the PTFE liner with a longer one, which will be cut off after the top is installed. Added some step by step pics... Rip the sucker open, remove the old PTFE liner, add new long piece, thread everything on, put the orange piece on, add the nut, add the yellow piece, mount it to the effector, and slice the PTFE tube off. Done. Also, add the captive nuts for mounting the nimble. Your hotend may separate on the bottom of the PEEK portion, thats fine. Thats where mine did the first 5 times i opened it up.
