This is a remix if knabo's well designed spool holder for the Rostock Max V2. I didn't like some details of the original design, so I re-designed the entire thing. The changes are: less ball bearings required less parts to print easier assembly (just one screw) M8 metric screw instead of 3/8 inch rod Non printed parts required: 2x 608 ball bearings 1x M8 threaded rod, approx. 135mm long 3x M8 washer 2x M8 nut (2 regular nuts, or 1 regular and 1 cap nut) Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .15 Infill: 35 Notes: Minor supports required on idler and main part. Cap prints without support. Post-Printing Putting everythig together is straight forward. press the 608 ball bearings into the idler place one M8 nut into the main part screw threaded rod into this nut and make sure that it still sticks out far enough throw one washer on rod place idler on rod place another washer on rod install cap with one washer and the remaining nut Assembly How I Designed This I used 123 Design which is a wonderful peace of software for simple projects
