4 Wheel Rotary For Laser Engraver V2 To start, this is a work inprogress, but IT WORKS!!!! Have done about 100 cups with it. Things I want to change are: -End stop, change from a flat plate to adjustable bearinged wheel. -Rework the belt pulleys I used for the drive wheels. (mostly cut the edges down to have more of the orings exposed). -Find fatter orings for both the front and back wheels This version is done for me other than cosmetic changes like the ones above. I found Wes Dwights version(4896549) and was impressed by his design. I did not have access to some of the parts he used here in Canada, so decided to just use 2040 and 2020 extruded rail guides. Steppermotors are just NEMA17 steppers. I end up with 1850 pulses per revoltion. Using the 80 tooth pully gear and some orings(do not know size at this time) I ended up with a 56.5mm drive wheel diameter. The back wheels I used the 60 tooth, and diameters does not matter. I got the plates cut at a local lasers cutting company out of 1/4 inch aluminum plate. The magnetic feet are just magnetic hooks. See picture attached. Hope this helps in your adventures of making.
