This design has been superseded by: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4614659 which is safer and looks a bit nicer. A handle for 45mm rotary cutter blades based loosely off the shape of nikki81's handle for 28mm blades. I've adapted it to use standard a skate bearing and added a safety guard. Parts to print: 1 x Handle 1 x Top cap 1 x Middle cap 1 x Bottom cap Hardware: 1 x 608 bearing 1 x M5 x 25mm bolt 1 x M5 nyloc nut 2 x M5 washer 1 x M3 x 10mm socket head cap screw 1 x M3 nut 1 x 45mm rotary blade with 3-way key (see image) To assemble, the top and middle caps sandwich the blade on one side of the bearing. The bottom cap fits inside the bore of the bearing. An M5 nut and bolt through the lot hold the assembly together. Use the M3 nut and screw to hold the bearing in place in the handle. Just be careful when handling the blades. They are very sharp as my fingers found out.
