Rotary/Rock Tumbler machine for polishing - (Small printer bed)

Here is my Rotary Tumbler for polishing printed items (eg with metal filament). I've printed on a 120 x 120 mm bed size printer. It needs to be complete (plus the printed parts): * motor (http://www.conrad.fr/ce/fr/product/227552/Moteur-a-entrainement----12-V----Modelcraft----RB350050-0A101R----150) * fuse (http://www.conrad.fr/ce/fr/product/533788/Porte-fusible-SCI-533788-10-A-250-VAC-1-pcs) * voltage regulator for speed control (http://www.conrad.fr/ce/fr/product/222347/Regulateur-de-tension-pour-les-moteurs-electriques-et-les-motoreducteurs) * power connector (http://www.conrad.fr/ce/fr/product/735640/Fiche-dalimentation-DC-Embase-femelle-verticale-Cliff-FC681445-interieur-55-mm-1-pcs) * 4 ball bearings 708. and coupleS of 8 mm bolts and threaded rods (and washers) There is an elastic shape to print in flexible filament over pulleys to get enought traction. With this set up, ratio 1/1 for the gear wheels, about 30 turn/minutes at full speed (with a 100 mm container), it could be modified by adjusting the ration, it should have enougth torque. There is a 20° rotation allowed for the motor mount, so wheels contact can be slightly adjusted. Improvements planned : * more rigidity for the gears holder * lock system for the bearings (not enought tight to keep them for long hours running without glue...)
