This thing is a bracket for the solarcan. Now you can tilt and rotate (spin) your Solarcan. It has a few main parts; a mounting plate, a turning plate, a few arms, a top and bottom ring (that holds the can) that can be mounted to a round pole, square pipe or on a flat surface.
