this is the rotating bolt for the 410 shotgun that I am designing. I need to fix the cam follower. I want to have a squareish profile that will fit into the bolt carrier. The bolt needs to travel through 60 deg. One of the ending positions that is absolutely critical is ok, this being when the bolt is at the front end of the bolt carrier with the extractor cut out 60 deg from vertically upward and the guide rail cut will be horizontal at which point the carrier will pull the bolt back with it and a rail will pass through and keep the bolt from rotating on the return. The extrude above the extractor cut out will have material behind it to prevent initial translation of the bolt until it has passed through the cam path. As it is now the bolt does not pass through s full 60 deg to completely lock the bolt from this initial translation but it locks "enough" and prevents translation until the end of the cam path. I believe this problem is due to the slanted edges of the cam on the bolt, but to change it I must also change the cam path on the bolt carrier. I am too far along in the design to change the translation distance of the cam path but the cam path and follower can be made stepper to allow for a full 60 deg rotation of the bolt. Also for some reason their is a volume of missing material on the bolt carrier where I lofted from the smaller end of the part to meet the rest of the carrier. And I would like to make the width of the cam and cam path constant and not increase in width along the radially outward height of the bolts' cam and the bolt carriers' cam path. Any help would be much appreciated. p.s. assemble all parts concentrically
