I was really fascinated by this type of joint when I found it on cults3d: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/joint-koenig-impression-3d I just love the movement and the way it can transfer rotational movement in a given angle. To fully understand it I decided to make my own version of the joint My version of this joint is of course not fully 3d-printed, however I was able to make it more compact and smoother by using the metal pins. I'm pretty satisfied with how this turned out and think it has a lot of potential for something like a robot arm, but I'm not quite sure exactly how.
