Rotating Collet Rack for R8 collets. Holds 8 collets. Requires 2 bearings, bolt, nut, and washer to complete. This only requires one bearing.https://youtu.be/VnkOA6mjVqs Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .3mm Infill: 60% Notes: I printed in PLA with 60% infill and it seems sturdy enough. Print with support for the bearing holders and the mounting screws. Post-Printing I reamed out the axle hole with an undersized 1/4" reamer. A drill bit will work just as well. I used 2 bearings. They are 3/4"OD, 1/4" ID, 5/16" tall. One bolt is needed. I used a 2" long 1/4" socket head cap screw. One washer is used between the two printed pieces. A nut is used on the top to hold it together. If your bolt head interferes with the bearings you will need another washer and a longer bolt. I placed some loctite on the nut to keep it in place. 11/2/17 11 position rack was printed in ABS. This one spins more freely. There is no washer between the top and bottom piece. I used a washer between the bottom piece and the nut.
