Rotax Max starter cover and Clutch guard

Rotax Max starter cap and Clutch chain guard combined. please note this is a work in progress ,test fitting at this stage its still an early prototype. As you can see from the image I have it fitted to the Kart, the rear mounting hole could do with moving back another 3mm but there's enough spring in the guard to get it mounted ok. This ones printed from PLA 60% infill on high quality level and feels pretty strong I will test it to see how it handles the rigors of use and the heat from the engine. Ultimatly I hope to print this in either Nylon or graphene to aid durability.
