Rotozip Angle Guide

Rotozip Angle Guide

thingiverse

This is a 50/40 degree angle guide for a Rotozip rotary saw. Version 2 (the available STL file) has a shorter frame than what's pictured so the guide can sit flush to base of the tool for more support. I included text to show which angle is 50 degrees. If you put the other flat face down it's of course a 40 degree cut. I've also included the Autodesk Inventor file, so if you're familiar with that software you can manipulate the model to create whatever angle you need. Just open the "Cut Angle" sketch and modify the one angle constraint, although you may have to re-align a few things depending on the angle you change it to. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 100 Notes: Print with 100% infill so it's solid. I recommend using ABS and reorienting the model with one of the guide faces down as in the pictures.
