Round Tube Welding Pull-Up Clamps

This is a welding pull-up clamp design intended for use with 1" round tubing to assist with tubing fit-up and tack welding. Fastener thru-holes are designed for M8 or 5/16" hardware. Note that while the full assembly is included for 1" tubing, the clamps are usable on 1", 1.5", and 2" tubing due to different radii used on the clamp sections. Clearance does allow for at least 2 tack to be applied to the tubing, and some welding torches may be able to fit between the strongback standoffs for a full 4 tack welds. It is not recommended to complete the weld with these clamps installed if printed from PLA. Will update when the designs for 1.5" and 2" strongbacks are complete.
