The Ergon slingshot is ergonomically great, but is made for an "around the fork" rubber attachment method. This works OK with tubular rubber. Flatbands are faster than tubes, and IMO "over the top" is the best attachment method for flatbands. Flatbands wear faster than tubes, however if you have circular tops some strain is taken off the sides of the bands to lessen wear. Hence, my modifications :-) (The .scad doesn't render well in Thingiverses' viewer. The file works, but is very basic as I have done little work)
