Before Printing Axis Rotation Test Models, Align the Center of Rotation Axis Uniformly. This Test Answers: What is the Correct Scale Factor for X and Y Axes on a 200mm Diameter. How to Use: 1. Print this test model. 2. Measure X and Y (Ensure proper alignment in your slicer with letters on top indicating axis orientations). 3. Divide X by Y; if the result equals 1, it is acceptable. If not: For example, if X diameter is 200.5mm and Y diameter is 201mm, calculate the scale factor: 200.5/201 = 0.9975. To correct the axis alignment, set your slicer to: X Scale = 1 Y Scale = 0.9975 Alternatively: If Y diameter is 200.4mm and X diameter is 201mm, calculate the scale factor: 200.4/201 = 0.9985. Set your slicer accordingly: Y Scale = 1 X Scale = 0.9985
