ABS parts to contruct a router / 3d Printer basic frame using 80x40mm Aluminium extrusion. Instructions Development of heavy duty 500 X 500mm 3d printer/router mill. As I progress new bits and mods will appear. Added Z axis Sliders, (finish with a small hand file for a perfect sliding fit to your 80X40mm extrusion. Provision for a couple of Lm8uu linea bearings and hex hole for Z axis threadded rod. I intend to heat and press 2 x 8mm nuts top and bottom and pin in place. I intend to use two each of the shorter Nema 17s on each axis.
