This is a very cool tool to transform your cheap drill as a router or trimmer. Design it very simple, only two parts, no metalic parts springs or so. Adjust routing depths by simply screw or unscrew the base plate. There is a flat side on base plate to route along a support. There is a hole on base plate to attach a bar to route circular path. I use it with the 39€ Mac allister drill, but it should work with any drill with 43mm standard attachment. The mandrill is 90mm long. See pictures. Works great for occasional use. I use it for foam cutting foam and plastic on surboard boards, wingfoil boards, windsurf boards. printed in PLA with supports, see picture with supports still attached. supports only for more than 65° overhang or you will get print supports in threads. Threads is printed well on my old ANET A8, thread spacing is 0.20mm * 11/02 added .step file for easy remix.
