I needed a small router/trim router type tool to cut door hinge mortises while replacing some doors. I had this cutout tool that takes a 1/4 inch shank but didn't have a large enough base plate. Less than $1.50 to print and I didn't have to buy a new router. I printed this using PLA at a fairly high density.
