IV2016 Format. I made this early this year. I saw a similar idea in a woodworking magazine somewhere and decided to make my own. I cut this on my CNC router. It's a two-sided part so I had to make a jig. I cut a lot of bottoms first in bulk; so I had a pile of "blank" singles, doubles, and quads. Then I flipped them over, clamped them in the jig individually, and cut out the various tops I wanted. They are a slight friction fit so they are easy to remove if you pull them at the right angle, but wont fall out while grabbing bits or if you slam the drawer. Of course, you'll have to adjust to fit to your drawer size. This can also be adapted to other things. I'm thinking of making a wall-hung drill bit rack of similar design, and maybe even a silverware drawer. FYI: The model I made to fit a 15" cheap-o base cabinet from Lowes (http://www.lowes.com/pd_336286-66150-33+B15R_1z0uw74Z1z0x3hm__)
