Lucky enough to play RPGs somewhere with a whiteboard? Want pieces to move without having to buy magnets in a appropriate of colors and sizes? The RPG 2magnet is your answer. It can be used on both a magnetic surface and on a board, as the height of the stem makes the 'head' the appropriate height for a normal figure. Get som 4x4x4 mm magnets (the strong kind) and print the RPG 2magnet in the colors you want! You can also choose to print them all in a basic color and only having the cap different colors, to avoid any confusion when doing mix and match. The basic is a base and stem. Put the two magnet in the stem and screw it on the base; if it rattles, when you shake it, tighten it further! The default print also come with one cap. The cap fits on top of the stem and makes it easy to change the 'identity' of a piece as well as which way it is facing. Put a dymo-label with character names (or write with a permanent marker) on the caps you usually use to make it easy to identify the pieces by both color and name. Need to identify different monsters? Make some extra caps and use the 'dice stensil' to draw dice numbers on them. Expander Base is an item requested by my DM, this is a disc that has room for one RPG magnet in it and changes the base size to 44mm and 66mm, respectively, for larger creatures or those that use an enlarge spell. #Updated version of RPG magnet This is an updated version of the RPG magnet (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2492167), as after using them for a while we discovered that some of the magnets would 'glide' down the whiteboard, loosing their position and when occasionally getting knocked to the floor, they has a tendency to snap the stem. I've made three major changes, from the original RPG magnet; 1. The stem has been made wider, to make it more stable, and thus reducing the risk of snapping 2. It is now designed to hold TWO 4*4*4 magnets. I recommend making sure that the exposed polarities are opposite 3. The thickness of the bottom has been reduced to 0,5mm Other minor changes include: * Optimizing the wall thickness of the cap to print nicer on a 0,6 nozzle * Reducing the base width to 22mm * Reducing the complete height to 32mm * Providing a 'hallow' version (as opposed to filled), for those of us that do not fiddle with a slicer
