RPi case with HDD (v1.0)
thingiverse
This project seamlessly integrates a Raspberry Pi and a Seagate 2.5" external hard drive. Since all Raspberry Pis share the same mounting holes, this setup should work perfectly with any full-size model. A photo of the used Seagate HDD is attached for reference. This combination makes it ideal for building a compact media server. To prevent accidental damage to the Raspberry Pi, a hex-shaped cover is carefully placed over the top, allowing for unobstructed airflow. Designed using Sketchup software, this enclosure was printed on a Snapmaker 1.0 with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. With proper orientation, no supports are necessary during printing.
