This is a case and mounting plate for the 60 x 60 board used in this project https://github.com/jaymzx/RPi-WD-Packet-Interface The case has mounting plate for a 75 x 75 Vesa as used on the SmartiPi case. The model includes mounting holes for a Pi2/3 if configured differently. This is all part of a club activity to build several Raspberry Pi Direwolf nodes. Used as a Network TNC for SARTrack and other APRS or packet tasks.http://vk2bv.org/raspberry-pi-projects/ I have included the source CAD using 123Design. Each piece is a "stamp", you can make changes then apply the stamp to cut away the main piece. After the problems I had maintaining changes I changed to Fusion 360 for CAD. Print Settings Printer: Xmachines Lorei Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .200 mm Infill: 15% Post-Printing Drill holes Need I say more. How I Designed This Model of the Interface board to help with vertical scale. Using 123Design and issues I had previously used 123D Design to make 3D models to get scale, and work out cable paths. Mostly using blocks. I started to use it for my 3D print designs. and it was ok, but it seemed hard to go back and edit some parts. Below is the compromise I worked out. I switched to Fusion 360 for most of my work and now I know I could have possibly done things differently with 123D, but heh that was then... Also this piece relies on a specific M3 standoff with 15mm body and 8mm screw length. I got a bag at a hamfest... so my designs often use them! Create several pieces that can each be easily adjusted or added to. Move the pieces together. 1 layer gap between nut recess and shaft. If you look really carefully, where there is a nut or larger hole with a smaller shaft above there is a .2mm gap in the mold. This causes most slicers to create a single layer bridge before producing the shaft. You can easily pierce the single layer, later but this helps the printer produce the shaft without support material. Then use a merge Cut
