Replacement fan for MABUCHI MOTOR 6V-20V RS-775WC-8514. Mine broke inside Ryobi 18v Circular Saw. Just print it, no support needed (there is some bridging - but quite easy). You should use ACE or ABS or at least PETG for temperature resilience. I've tested with PLA and it broke/melted down fast. Probably Nylon would be the best - but I haven't tested it yet. If you use ACE/ABS - do some vapore smoothing. V3 release: fins are now narrowing up some strengthening fillets smaller hole for the shaft V2 release: fixed stl (there where some separated shells) extended fins by 1mm some additional chamfering
