If you have a motor with a waterproof shaft, you can use it easily. But there are situations that you need to be careful when printing. You should prevent 100% fullness and seam marks. When you do not do this, water leaks between the print layers (you must somehow cover the red marked parts in the picture). I used paint on waterproof silicone, but don't do it like that, it looks bad. When assembling the turbine, consider the back and forth movement of the shaft. The noise you hear in the video is caused by the turbine rubbing against the walls. With proper coupling you will have an almost silent pump in the water. I was able to test it to a maximum height of 1.5 meters but I'm sure it will flood higher. I used Adobe Fusion 360. I am sharing the model file so you can edit it.
