Rubber Buttons for Door Opening Remote Control The Remote control at work got run over by a forklift. Fortunately it wasn't the Sky+ remote, otherwise we'd not be able to watch Bargain Hunt on BBC or switch to Jeremy Kyle on ITV. Sadly, it's the remote control for opening the rear door. Our rear door has a big "No Entry" on it at the moment. Let's open up back there by rebuilding the remote. So, first step, design the surviving buttons. If you've got a SLA, maybe like the Peachy Printer, maybe you can print these buttons in Maker Juice to give it some fleixbility? Of course, I've not got my Peachy (yet) - Hint hint Rylan - I'm eager to get using it for small flexible parts. Anyway, these are the "as is" buttons. I may do custom print ones later. I've included the native format files so you guys can see the way I've put it together. Basically the Elliptical buttons were the hardest. I can't for the life of me see how to draw ellipses in Creo Elements. To counter this, I created a new part - button - and then I stretched it by 50% on one side, positioned it, rotated it, duplicated it, and then merged the three solids together, PRINTABLE VERSION: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:804378 CIRCUIT BOARD FROM INSIDE CONTROLLER: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:805722 Anyway, Enjoy!
