<p>The original rubber sleeves of the handle rods for the VELUX roller shutter become brittle over time and breaks out.</p><p>The part provided here can replace these sleeves 1:1.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p><strong>Printer:</strong></p><p>FIashForge Dreamer</p><p><strong>Rafts:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Supports:</strong></p><p>No</p><p><strong>Resolution:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>0.20mm</p><p><strong>Infill:</strong></p><p>100%</p><p><strong>Filament:</strong></p><p>TPE white</p><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You must use as most as possible flexible Filament (TPU, TPA or TPE).<br>I used TPE on 235°C, no fan and with a print speed of only 30mm/s. Put the part with the side with the thin wall upwards. It is designed to be able to print the inner overhangs without support in this orientation. So don't change the original orientation from file.</p><h3>Post-Printing</h3><p>Cut off the old sleeve and press the new sleeve in the correct orientation with gentle pressure in position. Depending of the flexibility of your material you may be need a bit more pressure to slip the sleeve over the rod.</p><h3>&nbsp;</h3><p>Category: Replacement Parts</p>
