Rubbermaid 21 cup spool stand

Aimed for the simplest spool stand that would fit in the Rubbermaid 21 cup container that would allow for desiccant in the bottom and the spool stand to be removed and replaced with the minimum of effort. The file is a blank that will require hole placement and diameter based on whatever spool and purchased piping you choose. This is a non-ball bearing stand- Spool on axle. The measurements provided for the pipe lengths are based on the translucent container, I have not tried the clear. I have included a template (PDF) to determine best placement for the spools you use. Hatchbox (~200mm diameter with ~55mm diameter center) were fine at this measure (top of spool axle at 162mm from bottom). Sunlu (~200mm D with ~75mm D center) required a spacer to lift the roll to clear the bottom supports.
