This is the latch portion of the Rubbermaid toolboxes produced in the 80s and 90s. I couldn't find the part, so I made one. Use 100% infill for greater strength. Pilot holes are in the model, but you will need to drill them out for the hinge pin diameter of choice. I made a longer hinge pin just to provide more bearing surface on the "ears". It seems to work well.
