After 1000 hours, the molded retainer clip on my Replicator 2 Z platform finally gave out. Unable to find a replacement, printing a custom spring seemed like my only option. This part is printed in SemiFlex, making it compatible with NinjaFlex or other flexible filaments of your choice. Printed with 2 shells and 15% infill, the spring remains flexible enough for effortless build plate insertion and removal without disconnecting the Reinforcer.
