Grips for a Ruger Mark II, 22LR pistol. They are customized with my personal logo :) Print Settings Printer: Printrbot Play Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25mm Infill: 25% Notes: I used supports on the Left side grip because of some of the underside features, although it may have printed ok without supports. Also, you may be able to tell from the pics that I printed each side in two pieces - that's because my Printrbot Play's build platform is just a hair too small to print these in one piece, arrgg! So i split each grip around the logo, and printed each side in two pieces. This is totally not necessary if your build area is bigger than 4x4. Post-Printing I used some drill bits after printing to open up the screw holes juuuuust a tad. The screws did fit, but they were pretty snug, so i just spun a drill bit in there by hand to open it up a little. Also, since I had to print each grip in two peices as mentioned above, I then glued the pieces together for each side. Not necessary if you can print these without splitting them. How I Designed This Solidworks, baby. The best!
