There's another one of these that I've found on Thingiverse, but he's using a 1/4-20 thread and I thought that 1/4" was a little too thin for this application. I redesigned the bolt puller from the ground up, redesigning the clamp to be more sturdy and I'm using a 3/8-16 thread for the knob to screw into the clamp. I have two different knobs, a cone shaped one and a knob shaped one similar to the Volquartsen bolt. Another thing I did differently was to actually model the threads, so you don't need a tap and die, though chasing the threads with those would help things screw in smoother, but it's not necessary. To design the clamp, I created a model of the bolt, then gave the threads on the clamp a .010" clearance (the first model I printed without that clearance was a bear to get on). This is still pretty tight on the bolt, but I was able to do it without using a pair of pliers to twist it on. In the pictures you'll also see my +1 Magazine Extension for the Mark IV. That bumps the capacity to 11 rounds. Designed in Fusion 360, and I've included the F360 files in case you'd like to mess around with it yourself.
