rugged airport buckle with 2-color logo on a single color printer

after trying a lot of airport-buckle designs, I decided to come up with my own. the ones I found were either difficult to print and/or too fragile, so they would break way too easily - while you need to rely on your belt especially while travelling. so here's the rugged one ;-) tested by myself on quite a few occasions. It comes with a double-5mm-pin (so you have to make double holes in your belt) and with 2 double-5mm-posts to attach the belt the buckle. the belt is then secured to the buckle with a clip, which can be inserted from one side behind the belt. this way, no plastic screw is needed, which is usually the first thing to break. printing is quite simple - the only part where you need a support (the pin) already has a buildt in support to break away. of course your printer should be able to do bridges... now comes the fun part: I introduced a 1mm-thick logo on top of the belt - or better - a 1mm hole of a logo ;-) if you print in 0,2mm resolution, you can change filament colors in layers 80 and 85 (on my marlin-printer, this is supported with the M600 command) and you'll get a nice colored logo on a single color printer ;-). Yes, you'll have to manually enter the M600 command into the gcode-file - but that shouldn't be too difficult. on the picture you can see a version I made for shark24-sailors, with the shark24 logo and even with an engraved shark24-text on top. as an example I uploaded a version with a mustang logo. thx to logdog16 for his logo: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:299087 if you want to do your on, just fill the top 1mm solidly and then subtract a 1mm logo from it - or send me a message ;-).
