Runaway Spool unwinding preventer

<p>I have a pretty free-spinning spool and with the constant retraction, advance, retraction, etc. I can wind up with several loose windings on the spool. Occasionally one can jump over the edge. I made this arm to prevent this. It clamps on the support (in my case a ¼-20 rod) and is height adjustable. Just keep a small gap between the arm and spool so it does not add tension to the spool. The position can also be adjusted.</p>
