Runcam HD Anti-Vibration Mount

Runcam HD Anti-Vibration Mount

thingiverse

A simple anti-vibration mount for the Runcam HD. I designed this to mount to the underside of my Syma X8C drone to help reduce jello. Uses 6 small rubber bands or o-rings to support the camera. Currently, angle adjustment is done by using different strength bands front to back, but a shim could be added to angle the entire assembly. Including the 123d files as well. Different mounting methods could be attached to the base to something else like a bicycle or whatever else you may want a shock-mounted camera for. Print Settings Printer: JGAurora A3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 30% Notes: I printed the base with 30% infill laying flat, and with supports for the band hooks. The camera mount is printed at 100% infill standing upward from the front end, with supports for the hooks and button access holes. Camera mount is very thin, and doesn't have a large surface area when standing on end, so I printed with a brim to be safe. Post-Printing Servo tape the base to whatever you want to mount on. Should work upside down or right-side up, but you will need to flip the camera orientation in software.
