Well, so am I. That's why I designed this. The lens protector is designed so that the lens sits about 1.5mm back from the edge which provide the first layer of protection. The two winglets on the top and bottom provide the second layer of protection, especially when you do a head on kiss with the flag pole. Because the lens sits a little far back from the edge, you will see the protector on the 4 corners, albeit very very small.
