Inspiration from Nerdy Nummies video! Why pay for one when you can use your super expensive 3D printer to make one? One might not have a 3D printer but rather access to one so I thought I'd share my file so you don't have to buy one! Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Infill percentage doesn't matter as it's fairly thin anyway. I used 100% because it didn't take any longer and turned out well. Printed using Simplify 3D as the slicer. Simplify 3D printer profile (.fff file) uploaded! Post-Printing Came out fairly flawlessly! Dimensions: 5.5" tall 3" wide approx 1/2" thick 4mm of clearance for the indentations to be pressed in (4mm from base of cookie then indentations will be pushed in). Here you can see the distance between cutting and indenting the rupee shape. Most importantly, the cutter works! How I Designed This I used Autodesk Inventor to make the part. I used ImageJ to find rough dimensions of the Etsy model from pictures (she says in the etsy description that the model is 3" wide). From there, I kinda just winged it and made it look similar. I uploaded the Autodesk Inventor file just in case you would like to make adjustments.
