This is a replacement for the cheap and brittle plastic flanges they used to hold up the 26mm diameter pipe for hanging clothes in my RV's closet. Have to use slightly longer screws since the screw hole runs through the entire part. I did that on purpose so there's no shear force across the layers in the print.
