print in PetG or abs with 100% infill, layer thickness .2. To install I drilled out the rivet on the old one which left the hole in the frame undamaged. At Ace hardware I picked up some rivet screws (44745-8 .90 cents) and a spring washers (3637-C .19 cents). I used purple loctite on the metal screws, being careful not to get any on the plastic. I made one that is 1 5/8 but I dont have single pane windows to test it on.
